I stuck to our menu completely last week. I only made one new recipe: Broccoli and Carrot Casserole. It was delicious and I'll definitely make it again.
This week we have extra peppers, broccoli and carrots to use up.
So here's what we're going to eat (or have already eaten) this week:
Penne Spinach Bake
Chicken and Broccoli Casserole
Tuna Pasta Salad
Steamed broccoli and carrots
Slow Cooker Chicken and Spinach Lasagna
(I'm out Wednesday evening and Peter is out Thursday evening so we'll alternately heat up this lasagna Peter made and froze a few weeks ago)
